Hi; I use my pc daily for employment but the innerworkings are total greek to me. I recently installed wordperfect office 12 HE, and now my sound doesnt work. My pc was built for me and isnt exactly earth shattering. Everything is up to date, I think. I got a code 10 device cannot start error & ran troubleshooters to no avail. Please help me if you can. I'm aware of my patheticness & I'm desperate.
