HP all in one series CONSTANTLY reinstalling

After reinstalling my HP all in one series printer after i moved house, whenever i turn on my computer it 'reinstalls' itself... only from 96% onwards, but its extremely annoying. The printer works fine, and i have no idea why it does this every time.
