Multiple USB audio device problems
I have a few USB audio devices that are connected to my PC, and I need them at some stages all to work at the same time within 1 music software sequencer (Digidesign Protools 6.7LE). The problem is that they are all class compliant and identified as "USB audio device" even though in reality they are from different manufacturers. Well, one device is a USB sound card, one is a USB midi keyboard and the other is a USB midi control surface and as I mentioned windows only identifies them as USB audio device. So, when I want to use them all together and assign them to do their different tasks I cant because they're all under the same name. So my main question is, can I rename these devices so that windows can recognise them as individual devices. Any help would be much appreciated.
