can't connect to router

Hi i am brand new to this site.. and don't know if i am posting in the right section. I bought a parkervision wireless router. it says to connect everything then access it through internet explorer. the IP is 192.168.150.1. but it was 192.168.1.1. There was a paper in the box saying it changed. When I have everything connected, and I type in that ip, i can't reach it. it just says can't establish a connection. can someone please help!?

Usually means its not talking to the router and vice versa.

Bookworms idea would be the best thing as it is there own support site.
If you connect the router cabled to your PC, can you access the router configuration menus then?
Please reply with more information
