Angry Sound lost

Can anyone help me with my sound. I have tried every thing i know but getting now where. The software does not want to load via the disc i got with my pc. HELP!!

This is my pc in sides:

The MSI MS-6701 used in the Medion MD500 uses Realtek AC'97 go here to Realtek http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

download the (Excutable file) save to desktop, double click to install

The site is slow

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
