Press " Esc" to swithch to POST or "F2" to run CMOS setup.

I have a Packard Bell Club 75 and for the last two days I got this message together with the Packard Bell logo when I start my PC (Press " Esc" to swithch to POST or "F2" to CMOS Setup). I tried the ESC button as well as the F2 key but it doesn't look to solve the issue as the screen remains the same.

Can someone give me a solution for this issue?

What happens when you don't press either key?
