New Graphics Card for Dell Dimension E510

Hello,
I have a Dell Dimension E510 computer with an Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family graphics card. I am trying to find a graphics card that will run the game Battlefield 2, either an NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 or greater or an ATI Radeon 8500 or greater. I have several questions.

1. My system information says that my computer is a Dell DM051- is this the same thing as a Dell Dimension E510?

2. How can I determine which of the two graphics cards (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 or ATI Radeon 8500) will be compatible with my computer?

3. Once I determine and obtain the proper graphics card, how do I install it? Do I remove the Intel 82945G card or is there another place where I can put the new card?
