Question Um think i may have accidentally removed devices from sound driver as i have no sound

hey can any1 help me i hav all the info from belarc u should need i tried all evening and cant figure out what to do. Have tried reinstalling it it says something like "installed but does not work properly" on the multimedia audio controller and whenever i open a file with sound it says "the audio for this file cannot be played. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!
