Smile Video card help

Hello there, was wondering if you could give me some help, i have a desktop pc and the details are below
microsoft windows xp home edition (5.1,build 2600)
system manufacturer:iqon.ie
system model:8S566-MKL
BIOS: rev1.0
processor: intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 3.06GHz
memory: 448MB RAM
Page file: 420MB used, 633MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c(4.09.0000.0904)
DISPLAY PAGE

now to play some games i need to get a video card with 128 MB or 256 MB of memory and increase my RAM to 1 GiG
I want to know how do i go about this and will my pc let me upgrade? i'm not sure whether my pc will support a seperate video card please let me know cheers Amble

go to www.crutial.com and there is a system scanner on there that will tell you what ram you have, the ram you can take and whats the best way to set-it up. Second of all open up your computer and see if there is a free slot for your video card to go into.
