Digimate L-1517 LCD Monitor Issues

I have 2x 15" Digimate LCD Monitors for testing various machines.

One of them comes up with "Out of Range". On Digimates website the reason for this is because of the resolution is set to high than what the monitor can handle.
This is not the case the monitor can handle up to 1024x768 (witch is what I always set the resolution to when using these monitors).

The other one comes up with a bright white screen when the pc is first booted up. Again on Digimates website the solution for this is to switch the monitor off and switch it back on again.

I've tried e-mailing Digimate to no avail. I've tried phoning them to get redirected from India to US to UK. I thought I would post here to see if there is a PERMANENT fix to my issues.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated....

For the first problem (out of range) check the refresh-rate setting in Windows is not too high. Second problem -- clueless.

Thats intresting that you should say check the refresh rate, because the other wierd thing is that the monitor can support 3 refresh rates (60, 70, 75). But ocasionaly when I rebuild a machine and reinstall graphics drivers. I then restart it and the nest thing I know is that the reresh rate is set to 68Hz witch messes it all up. Even though windows is set to hide un-supported refresh rates it still uses 68Hz.

Anyway doubt its that coz I can't even get into safe mode to change it when it comes up "out of range".
