disable graphics

help i have just got a new graphics card and can't find out how to disable the onboard one............... the motherboard is..msi pm8m3-v tried everthing.form throwing it through the window.. the card is nivida 6200

It should auto disable onboard graphics when you insert the card.

In device manager > display adaptor is it listing the 6200 as the display adaptor?
