TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

Help
I've just installed a new graphics card and now my pc wont play DVD's.
The following message appears when I launch Power DVD..

"TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly."

My grahics card is a NVIDIA Gforce4 MX440 with AGP8x.

Can anyone please advise me on to fix this problem..
