Ok I have searched the forums and have found the same problems but the only thing i have found to work which i cannot try is dumping the cmos but i have a notebook and this is rather difficult to do so is there anything else i can try to have the audio driver work on this system here is the belarc info:

Be advised i just installed the sp3 cause i read that it might do the fixes and FYI my network connections will not start on their own and they are set to automatic. and whenever i try to veiw the dependencies the rpc server is unavailable!!
Please help someone!
