problem with motherboard

Angry problem with motherboard

i have p-3(933Mhz with ms-6368 ver 2.1 MOTHERBOARD(n1996) and D686 BIOS ) Pc's in my college lab. when i am clear the bios setting my computer does not work. After this beep and then play tones continous. And then Computer are not shown DMI Pool Data and they are not boot.

Have you checked the memory ?Bad or, improperly seated memory can cause this problem.

Can you boot to BIOS ? Go to-->Advanced BIOS Features-->Do you
see-->BIOS BootBlock Protect ? If you see BIOS BootBlock Protect
choose disable.

not find BIOS BootBlock Protect in the BIOS. plz DO you have anyother solutions.

A bad keyboard can cause this.Can you try another keyboard ?

How do you mean "Clear the bios settings"? Have you tried "Restore BIOS defaults" to reset it?

Can you describe the "beeping" you hear?

The beeps (how many & how long), emitted by the computer might help us identify the problem.


(Sounds like a hardware issue.)

Yes when I am restore BIOS default settings then this problem accord.
The motherboard dos not shown "DMI Pool Data Verify".
Plz Help Me

Click on load BIOS defaults. As suggested above, what can of sound does the computer make? How long are the beeps? Are they short? long?
