Intel 945gtp problems!!!

Hello im new to this forum i hope im not breaking any rules with my post, im sorry if i am.

Im having several problems with my motherboard, i have a intel 945gtp motherboard, 512 ddr2 corsair 667. And a P4 2.6 HT.

One of the problems is that when i use pen drive or flash drive the computer never wants to eject the drive it says that it has occurred an error, the other problem is that every time i tried to compile a dvd with 1 o 2 programs open the computer freezes but it never reaches all the memory, but if i turn off the emule the computer works fine, this also occurs with he emule and the bsplayer.

The last of them is the audio i have a 4.1 audio system im using the intel audio studio. when i turn on this program in the windows appears like i have a 7.1 system and it doesn´t let change it so the videos with mp3 audio only sound on the frontal side of the audio system, the only way i can have a decent audio is if im playing a video with ac3 and even thou some audio is lost in the process, i have tried to contact intel but it has been useless, the motherboard and the ram i bought them 3 moth ago.

My operating system is Windows Xp Professional SP2, have you heard about any of this problems?

I have actually had good luck with this motherboard. However, I have had some issues with the Centon memory with this board, I ran a memtest that I downloaded off the internet and it came back that the memory was bad. I replaced it with some Kingston memory and everything worked great. I recently had an issue with a different new Intel board where the customer's camera would not work with the front usb port. Yet other things worked and I could stop other devices without a problem. That one I never resolved. The customer just started plugging the camera into the rear usb port and windows liked that better. I would suggest starting with doing a memtest on the Corsair memory. See how that comes out.
