Comp Crashed, New HrdRVE Old Raid cant open

Hi,
We had a power surge and lost all our system 32 files. I tried all I could to open the old raid drives. Nothing worked. I installed a new hardrive, and tried to open the old ones, and cannot. I have then in the same plugs, raid one and two Asus P4C800 deluxe. I hasve tried to add the drivers, yes bios is raid on, and I am out of options for this issue. Any ideas of how to save the stuff on the hardrives?
1. Version of XP XP servicepack 2
2. Hardware setup P4C800ASUS 1gigmem3200 corsair ATI9200
3. What exactly happened leading up to the problem hardrive crash
4. Exact error messages mmmm. none?
5. Any antivirus, firewall software you are running AVG and PC tools antivirus plus

If you had a 'striped' array set up, your task may be impossible. each bit of data is split between all the hard drives in the array. When one drive goes down then the data on the others becomes unreadable.
