Sound Card needs a driver But dont no make or model

the yellow question mark comes up, after loading a newer verion of windows because my pc did not come with the sound card I got. But I do not have the disk anymore.... Can someone help me to ger my sound back working?

Need more info on computer, make and model, if not sure get Belarc copy and paste the report, omit all software and win update section, http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
