How to disable onboard sound

Hi guys I have what i think is a gygabyte MB, the numbers on it are 81945PE-FS, LGA775, how do I disable the on board sound

In the bios is where you disable onboard sound, refer to the manual.

If the reason you wish to disable is because you are inserting a dedicated sound don't worry about it, it should auto disable.
