TF7025-M2 vga error

Hello, the other day i just bought a BIOSTAR TForce TF7025-M2 and i cannot seem to get it to work. The only problem is that i donot get a picture on my monitor not from the onboard vga or my MSI NX8500GT-TD256E vga. On my mobo there are two red lights only the one is lit up indicating a vga error so does any one knoe what the problem is and if can be fixed.

Do you have your 24 pin connector and your 4 pin ATX+ connector plugged in? If you miss the 4 pin connector it's not getting power to CPU.

If that's not it, most others say it's a bad board or the CPU.
