Is my hard drive screwed...lol

Just the other day my computer was working fine i have 2 hard drive one windows which is my 70gb drive. and the other a 200gb samsung sp201-4n and i turned my computer on and when windows Xp pro booted up it came up in lil yellow triangles there was some corruption errors dunno what files specificly but needless to say after all this happened the drive became unreadable and now after formating it and loseing everything it only shows up as 16gb and a third cd drive prolly a virtual drive has apaeared now i am totally stumped so any assistance anyone can offer wud rule ty for listening.

Seeing as you've already tried reinstalling and reformatting, I'd attach the drives to another com and reformat them again (not quick format) before reinstalling windows (haha) again.
