Computer Wont Turn On!!
1. i started my computer and went into the Bios section or w/e its called when u press DELETE as the computer is first turned on, and i went to the section that shows ur clock speed...my computer is an AMD sempron 1.66 2400 and a SiS 741GX-M motherboard and i changed the clock speed to the max of 2.54...the computer was then having problems starting up but i then managed to get it back to the 1.66 that it is...everything seemed to be ok but the reset and power buttons in the front of the computer would not work so i just turned it off via the power supply switch in the back...now the computer will not turn on at all...WHAT COULD IT BE??? POWER SUPPLY??? or something else??? what should i do??? 2. i also heard that i can reset the motherboard and/or the processor or something like those things, to a default setting with some kind of switch on it and make everything go back to the factory defaults...could that be it??? 3. im on a backup computer P3 864Mhz computer just for this...if i take the power supply out of the second computer, how can i tell if it will be ok to use in the first computer???
