Using two internet connections

Hi all, I need to have two seperate internet connections to my PC, Number one network card for incoming H320 video and number two network card for normal outgoing internet traffic. The problem i have is when i try to go out for normal internet traffic, it always uses number one, Is there any way of forcing ot to use number two card only?
