acer laptop speakers........ help needed

cud u guys pls tell me the problem with acer speakers as when i use my laptop(aspire 5052NWXMi) in built speakers......
then my lap starts to hang a bit but when i use external speakers or headphones then it works excellent........
pls help me.......
