Microsoft Loopback Adapter

Ok, I'm positive I followed the directions to installing loopback adapter(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839013), but it still wont work! Well, what I mean is it will not show up in my network connections!

Things I've Tried:

(I'm Running WindowsXP, and not sure if this is helpful or not - but I have Norton as an Anti-Virus)

- Re-installing Loopback Adapter (About 10 Times)
- Re-installing .NET Framework 2.0

This is the only thing that appears in network connections:

------------

Any help at all would be great, thanks.
