Dell Dimension 3000 problems

I recently Did a new installation of windows XP on my Dell Dimension 3000. Now when I check my device manager There are two Pieces of Hardware NOt working They are:
"Video Controller (vga compatible)
"Multimedia Audio Controller"
what do i do to reinstall these drivers correctly?
