Error code on Blue screen

I get the following error message on a blue screen when I try to put photos onto DVD or CD it happens when I eject the CD also sometimes on inserting a blank disc. I can watch films ok on the DVD drive. Both drives are sony read write.

After Finalising the disk and ejecting it shuts down the Code is
0x0000008E (0XC0000005,0x806D0753,0XEFB09838,0X00000000)
