Crashing problems after installing and uninstalling hardware
My computer keeps crashing to desktop when playing games like battlefield 2142 and oblivion among others. i used to be able to play oblivion for hours on end without crashes but that was before i briefly installed a faulty ATI 1650 PRO. i removed the card and every trace of it and my computer hasnt been the same since. there is a lack of performance graphics wise also, as in not being to run games at the settings i was running them at before (not that they were very high anyway. My computer is as follows:
Asus p5s800-vm
pentium 4 3.2ghz not O.C
AGP Galaxy geforce 6600 256mb
1gb ddr400 ram
430W psu
Seagate 200bg HDD
If someone could give me any clues to why this is happening i'd appreciate it.
