Replaced Motherboard but Vista64 wont start

I replaced my motherboard with one that has nVidia SLi ability. I have installed all the hardware, the bios, drivers, etc. It recognizes the drives but not Vista. What did I miss? MSI Platinum Mobo, Quadcore 6600, 8GB OCZ Gaming RAM, 500 GB Hard Drive. Any help on configuring without reformating would be appreciated.

So you just put your harddrive in the new motherboard......it wont work you will need to format.
