pc keeps crashing

i reasently (2 months ago) put a new motherboard (ASUS Crosshair), cpu (AMD Athlon 64 X2 Black Edition 5000+) and ram (GeIL 2GB PC2-6400 C4 Black Dragon) in my pc.
i reinstalled operating system. everything was cool. unill a month ago it starting restarting for reason (when using programs or sitting doing nothing). when i send the error report to microsoft it say there could be a problem with a driver i check error logs and there was nothing there to help. its not a heat problem as i have checked the heat through the onboard sensers everything is a ok. does anybody have any surgetions as i am at ends witt with it.
any help would be apretatted

Its probably a driver conflict check your video and sound drivers and update them.

pc crashed,previously no problems -running XP Professional, NTSC, message states acpi.sys file corrupted. screen blank -
how do I get new windows acpi-sys file in order to reboot without losing all info on pc?
Have Windows XP installalation cd, inserted hoping to make "repair" but no luck.
pc is HP Pavilion 850 mHz 312 ram 20GB old but no problems till now.
McAfee VirusScan suite installed.
