PC turn on but wont start

Hi people... i am new here... and for worse... my english is quite bad.. .so try to understand me xD

1. Version of XP

Windows XP Professional (Numbers i don't know... only SP2)

2. Hardware setup

Well, Motheboard -> ASUS P5B

CPU -> Intel Core 2 DUO

GPU -> NVIDIA GEFORCE 7600GT

RAM -> 2x Slot 1GB (dont' know more about this)

HardDisk -> The New Sata HD 360 GB (dont' know more about this)

3. What exactly happened leading up to the problem

Well, on friday night i click on Windows start and then choose the option Suspend.... who makes the pc at a lower cust of electricity, to fast turn on... if you understand me... :P

Then when i come home, i "try" to turn on my pc... and nothing...black screen... :S Then i take off the power cable and turn of the Power device (the buttom I or O)

This one ->

And no hope... well, i let the pc without the power cables and on the next day he doesn't want to work... but now he turn herself on but on the screen keep's saying "No video Input".

I opened the box, and check all the things.. .CPU, GPU, ram, and the power... all works... it's like the motherboard locks the access to the pc, HD drive and other things... i don't really know what happen.

All the works... all works.. it's like the motherboard is blocking me...

If you could help me i will be great...

Ah... i reset my BIOS setup, changed the ram for each other... i tried to start only whit one slot of ram at time.....all.... !!!

4. Exact error messages

"No video Input

5. Any antivirus, firewall software you are running

ehhee no firewall, and AV -> Nod32

help me pliz...

Hi, Reset all components and cables. If the hard drive does not start up it could be a number of things.
