cant install driver for geforce nvidia fx 5200

like the titles says i recently tried to install a new os and when i tried to install the driver for my graphics card it says it cant find the devise, and i took out any old graphics driver that was installed, someone told me something about turning off the Integrated Video On my Computer but i dont know how to do that, so can someone tell me step by step on how to install the driver successfully, here are my system specs.
