laptop not working

about about a week ago my laptop started showing a blue screen with a message about memory dump after retrying to start it again it responded for around 10 mins or so then the other day it just stopped working completely if anybody out there has any advice it would be gratefully recieved

ur msg is not clear. a memory dump could be a ram issue or a os issue.
if ur laptop is still in warranty try changing it.
