starting trouble me

My system was purchased two years ago. It just started to giving trouble me...It was good at few months ago...The trouble is that my system gets overheated more even the exhausting are good in condition...I get wildered to know problem behind....
What are all the steps i have to made to prevent it..

Two years is a long time. Check all fans turn freely, and rotate when the PC is on. Particularly the CPU fan.
When they stop, the blades should oscillate slightly before coming to rest.
Secondly, the CPU cooler more than likely, is clogged with dust and fluff. Easiest remedy for that is a compressed air can blown between the fins. Give the PSU a blast too.
