compal fl90 + intel high defitinition audio

HI everyone
i have problem with installing audio driver on my laptop (compal fl 90)
Intel High Definition Audio is responsible for sound on it
i tried to install the driver on XP with SP 2 and with SP 3...nothing
i was installing the driver from CD which i get with my laptop and driver from realtek's page
nothing only 0xE0000227 O.o
i have no idea what to do and hope u'll be able to help me

sure i did but it's not working too. I think it's caused by OS, maybe i need some updates? i have no idea what to do
