Unhappy Please help!!!

I was using my computer and was playing a video file when all of a sudden the comp hung up.I thought it was a regular problem and restarted the comp. But the comp failed to start.I was running Windows Vista Ultimate and thought that the Os might be at fault.I used the OS Installation disk to try and repair start up.But it said its not ablt to repair it.I was also running Windows XP proffessional on a nother Hard Drive but even that failed to start. I thought it could be the problem of my graphics card and switched to my onboard display but it results in the same thing. The reason i thought it might be a problem of the display is that when windows Xp starts the logo comes up with the progress bar.But it appears all tanterred and weird with vertical lines. After this it goes completely blank.
Pls help me..

Configuration:

Processor : Pentium D 820. 2.80ghz ,2.80ghz
Motherboard: pentium D102 ggc2
Ram: 1.5 gb
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate on 160 Gb Sata Hard drive
Windows XP on 250 GB IDE HArd Drive.
Graphics Card : NVidia 6200TC

You removed the video card before you tried the onboard video, right?
Certainly sounds like the card is busted. It may be having an effect if you leave it installed.
