In new boards, memory is sometimes a tight fit, but if the RAM is rocking in the slot, then don't force it. You will cause damage.
Does your board support DDR3?

never force the RAM as some times the clip may be damaged.
try sliding it slowly since it will lock it self if u have purchased the proper set

Yes u should be sure your board supports DDR3 before u try and put it in. DDR3 is a fairly new technology and only the newest motherboards support it. Check your mobo's manual if you arent sure what kind of memory it supports. It will tell you.

I also noticed u said DD3 PC3200.... DDR3 doesnt come in PC3200, that would be regular DDR.... so it prolly isnt DDR3 if it says that... Again...check your manual.
