HELP! blue screen of death

I have a three year old Sony Vaio which has a 1.5 year old hard drive (because it crashed). Ive been having problems with its start up about two weeks ago but it worked fine when I took out and put back in the memory and the hard drive, but now that solution isnt working. Everytime I start-up, it does the blue screen of death and restarts to show me the vaio screen, the windows screen, and then the screen blacks out and the fan turns off but the power is still on. Ive tried the F8 and F2 button to start in safe mode but it wont even let me see that screen! Im out of the country for another month and desperately need help!! THANK YOU!

Hi can you post the error code. If possible can you swap out the memory if you have two sticks.
