The power supply should be at least a 550 w. Also 1 gig min of ram.

Go here to Gigabyte and use the Driver scan to check for updates on the drivers http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/M...iver_List.aspx

You have enabled single CPU hardware layer. Effectively removing a core. You need to return it back the way it was.

Yes, I would look into later drivers: http://tw.giga-byte.com/Support/Moth...ProductID=2758

Bios too, as this addresses some graphic issues in particular:http://tw.giga-byte.com/Support/Moth...ProductID=2758

Disable the onboard video and check windows update for any CPU patches that may exist.

Upgrade your power supply, definately sounds like a power issue. Also, only 512 RAM on that nice motherboard? RAM is cheap, buy some more, could fix your problem.
