Audio Card not Working

Yeah, my last problem seemed a bit unfixable(because I found out that my card was probably fried).

Well, thing is, I got my uncle to install one from his old computer.
It's installed now, and we ran the disks on it, and it's the same problem-- only this time, it's not even showing the drivers that we downloaded for it.

The audio card is a:
Creative Sound Blaster Live! 5.1

Is it not compatable with a 2003 Windows XP? Are there any patches or other downloads I need to do, or any ways I need to get it to register?

Right now, it's not registering any playback device, and when I go to 'Audio' for my Control Panel, there's no option for a Drop down/Default audio device, so I can't check it that way. Windows Troubleshooting didn't help at all, sicne it's not registering the driver....
