Deleted Multimedia Audio Controller

I think when I was removing unneeded programs, I accidently deleted files that my speakers need. Now I get no sound. Took the speakers to another PC and they work fine there.

No idea if i am providing the correct info, but here it is anyway. My multimedia controller isnt installed and i cant find the correct drivers. No sound!

I have a problem with my sound!
In device manager there is a yellow ?-mark next to "multimedia audio controller". And control panel says: 'No audio device' and everithing is grayed in 'Volume', 'Audio' and 'Voice' tabs! Can anyone tell me how to fix my multimedia audio controller?!
