Newly reinstalled Windows XP and now i have No Sound Please help

I have recently had to reinstall my computer from scratch but now i have no sound apart from system stuff (errors etc)

I also have a yeloow question mark on the device manager - Multimedia Audio Control

Ive got a report from Belarc as follows

if you have a yellow question mark in your device manager under the audio option then you dont have the audio drivers installed.

you would need to find out exactly the type of sound card you have and then do a search to download the appropriate drivers
once you do this then your sound should work

you might try right clicking the yellow question mark and selecting "update drivers" ...follow the prompts. if this does not work then you will have to do it manually via an online search
