USB ports don't work :(

I have a Sony VAIO VGNSZ28GP. My harddrive just crashed, and the geek squad attempted to get my computer back and running. They managed to re-install windows and most of my drivers, but my USBs don't work.

I looked at the Device Manager, under Universal Serial Bus controllers and all the options had yellow circles with exclamation marks in them. They are:

Intel (R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C8
Intel (R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27C9
Intel (R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CA
Intel (R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB
Intel (R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 27CC

Help please!!!

(located the motherboard chipset, found the inf files and manually installed them)
