Is this overheating? Or something else

Whenever I play Warhammer Online, after about an hour on average or so of playing, everything on my screen will vanish except for the sky, and there will be distorted textures in game. This lasts for about 30 seconds then the graphics engine reloads and it starts again. Occasionaly when this happens it reboots my computer. This is the only game this happens on right now that I play. When I first seen it i automatically assumed that it was a head issue, so I tried again but with speedfan on, and the highest my CPU ever got was 37c, and my GPU was sitting at 57C when this happened. Here are my specs.

Intel P4 3.8 GHZ
PNY 8400 GT graphics card
1 GB Ram

My specs to run the game are barely over minimum, but during the game I get good FPS, then this just randomly happens out of nowhere after about an hour to an hour and a half of playing. With my temps, I dont really think im overheating. WAR is said to have a memory leak as well, and consumed a lot of ram (read, all, have to use virtual memory) on my system.

Your CPU is nice and cool, but I think your GPU is probably too hot. Get some of that thermal cream or an extra fan for the GPU and see if it helps.
