System Restart Automatically

I use Intel based computer which restart automatically. When System starts at next time, it says that “System restarted due to over heat “

Please suggest what will be the root cause?

Hi, go to SIW http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html
Then on the menu select>hardware>sensors. This will give you a reading of your system fan speeds a tempertures.
See what is over heating from there.
