Cpu been through fire and needs help!

K my house caught on fire and it still works. But ive been having very weird problems with it.
First half the time when i boot it up, it dosent start. The fans sound all weird and everything and i have a blank screen.
Then once i do get it started, my cpu freezes randomly. i got a new vid card allready but im thinking my power supply is shot as well because my cpu was on during the fire andy one got advice?

Get a new PC (or new motherboard and matching components), otherwise you will be replacing components on this damaged one at various times in what seems a never-ending cycle as each one fails, and you'll just be throwing money away.
