Formatted C:\ No Sound or USB ports??? Help

Hi there i had to recently reload windows xp onto my system as it broke i formatted the hard drive and now my sound has completley gone and it does not pick up my 2 usb ports on the front of my cpu i have been trying to get them working for 4 days now to no avail please could someone help me i am stuck and lost without my sound these are my computer specs using Belarc

Ps my sound card and usb card are built onto my motherboard
