no audio or wifi after SP2

Ive got an older toshiba tecra 9100 laptop and the audio and wireless card wont work after service pack 2 was installed. but i have another laptop, same model that works fine but has a broken AC plug input. ive switched out the soundcards,Wifi, pretty much the whole board except for the main board with the broken input and nothing works. the one that works has a intel 82801CA/CAM AC'97 audio control driver. ive tried downloading it but nothing works??? any thoughts?
