No Sound Device Problem

I got the no sound device problem...while I was clearing up space and removing hardware, I accidently removed my sound device...it was plug and play but it wouldn't install, it said it couldnt find any drivers for it. It was called the 'Multimedia Audio Control Device' and I tried to get my sound back so I installed the RealTek audio controller but that doesnt seem to work and now I don't have a sound coming from my computer.
