Partition table Missing When Pc Starts

Hello,

Accidently when power goes off.. After when i start my pc it's shows error like "DISK READ ERROR " or all partition are missing ......

I also change the HDrive power cable but No response again the same problem..

My PC's H/w Configuration is :

* Intel D945GCNL
* HardDirve : SATA

so please tell me why all parttion lost when pc starts.....
