Google Earth

I have installed the google earth,after it runs for a minute or two,a window pops up with...google earth has enccounted a problem and needs to close. they show the diagnostic report as this,DOCUME~1\use\LOCAL~1\Temp\Google_Earth_5.0.11 7.33.9347_090625-141447_1.dmp and then google earth shuts down. Can anyone help. I have a COMPAQ laptop,with windows xp home edition.and have uninstalled my antivirus incase that was courseing this problem,but it still shuts down. I am useing avast .

It may me your internet connection, or maby yoy downloaded a faulty link. Make sure your connected to the internet and if it still happens re- download it, maby with a newer or older version
